  1. thank you guys. But each poke in the icecave gives 400-490 pokedollars per kill  (lvl 40-49 pokes). If i have to faint 5-6 npcs' mons to get the reward money i want it to be more than a couple hundred dollars than what i would get from paydayng the icecave. I would spend the difference in repels just to get to these places.

    Looks like paydaying is still more efficient than npc battles with very few exceptions.

    If you can 1HKO pokes with payday at cerulean cave, much faster.

  2. Correct, you'll need to place the emerald rom in the "Roms" folder to gain access to Emerald features. The server is currently under maintenance and will be back up soon.

    So client automatically updates itself right? And no need for us to download new client?

  3. no. just no. there are a lot of people who have not played pokemon ever. for example me. I looked a lot of pokemon online games on internet and it sucks because it's not the game I looked for. And I am very happy that I found this game.

  4. I did make an attempt to answer each of your points clearly an precisely, but by about halfway down I found myself repeating what I had already said.

    To get a better understanding of what decisions were made when designing the new breeding system and why we made them, I'd advise reading the replies to this thread;

    https://forums.pokemmo.eu/index.php?/topic/49332-improvement-of-breeding-system/

    Let:
         *cloning->keep the parents alive
         *fusion-> kill parents

    Just read this thread (that link there^), so the objectives of the the new breeding system is to emphasize specie rarity and control the inflation by stopping the cloning. So why not we pay to the daycare huge money to do the 'cloning', and the higher the 'rarity value' of a certain specie/group the more expensive we pay? Like cloning rattata costs $100,000 while cloning salamence costs $1,000,000. If a player can't afford the cloning then daycare resorts to 'fusion'. With this system, the player has the option to whether to clone, fuse or don't breed at all. This also preserves the rarity of species since the price of cloning differs. This also control the economy because huge money will go to daycare and also raises the price of rare pokemons.

    It's like paying professional fee to the daycare for convincing our pokemons to have sex. If we can't afford the PF then our pokemons they do the 'fusion pose'.

    To sum up, old/rich players becomes richer while new/poor players... do the catchMMO and catch up.

  5. No. We don't have the player base for it. There was a long discussion about having 2 servers for pokemmo on teamspeak about a month ago, and we came to the conclusion that it would suck (mods were included in this discussion).

    ok thanks for that info sir.

  6. Smh there isn't even a gap. It's an mmo . It's about playing a lot. Not letting beginner's try to catch up and be close to the people that have put two years in. This gap thing is blown way out of proportion. The dedicated new players can catch up. I've helped people by giving breeders and I will do so even with the update. Grow the community not divide it.

    division is better than letting others go, plus there's always a way to keep the 'global' community together, like giving a global/interserver tournaments-easy vs hard. I say if there's a will there's a way.
    most of all, it's not like you are restricted to play on one server only duh. division is just an illusion.

  7. NO. Instead of server swipe. why not make a new server?
    -keep the old server with previous breeding system name it server easy.
    -make a new server with new breeding method (the fusion breeding thing) and name it server hard.

    With this, old players who want the ancient system can remain on that server and go rot. While new players as well as old players who are competitive to join the catchMMO thing are free to choose on what sh*t they want to play. A win-win situation.
