For example to first aero male ATK/SPD , you need Aero Female with ATK/(IV you want) or (SPD/ IV you want) to get 3x31 Aero Female always, to easily so you can get the breeders with other poke in his Egg Group like zubats.

You need a female aero or a ditto.. You should take advantage of the gender selection when getting the egg. The devs are uguuphobic so 2 males can't breed.

that would be funny to see male poke adopting a same type poke but how would the adopt pokemon have 31 iv if not related

Reducing vs seek cool down isn't punishing less active people. They are earning money and spending money at same speed.
For active ones, it will be faster grinding of money.
No harm done to anyone.that i agree i find that 6 hour cooldown alil to much

this my first suggestion idk if good one but ima do this anyway. I suggest we have daily mission stuff to earn money alil better since some ppl are always broke not me though lol.
Or this one might be stupid plus alot work would be if we could have jobs to earn cash whatever u want that they created just like a pokemon godra. I played in past idk it thing i been thinking it be so much better then this boring grinding stuff people keep complaning but meh
