Have been noticing a significant loss of frame rate during game play. Starting FPS is 120. FPS after 30 minutes of game play is roughly 40. Continued play results in a minimum FPS of 25-29. A restart of the client restarts the FPS to 120. Computer Specifications- Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit Quad core 2.4 GHZ 8gb of Ram DDR3 AMD Firestream 9270 2GB DDR5 video card No memory leak identified in task manager. Process uses around 700MB of ram consistently. Did not occur until update on 20/08/2015. Bug is now a common occurrence.

Sorry I should have included that. I have defeated the elite four and defeated your rival after that. I followed the Kanto guide here on the forums to completion. Same with Hoenn... but I could not defeat Steven after Hoenn E4... not that I think anything in Hoenn would affect this?

I'm sorry. I was your fan before. But now, you seem to have lost the drive you had before. Lately, I think DRAGONITE has been a lot cooler. This is what the lady sitting in the bottom right chair in the house to the right of the Pokemart in Saffron City says to me. So I take out a Dragonite and have it follow me... and put him at the top of my lineup. The Dragonite had 100% happiness. Kanto storyline is 100% complete. The lady continues to say the same thing. I searched the forums first and did not find anything.

I haven't had any problems with freezing... But my FPS steadily drops from 120 to 30 sometimes. The only solution seems to be a restart. I have not identified a memory leak either, as the java process uses the same 700MB it has always used. Sometimes I right click the java process in the task manager and I set it to "realtime" priority. This can only be done after clicking "Show processes from all users" on the bottom left-hand side of the task manager. Doing this may provide some stability for some users depending on their PC configuration.

You need to have a computer and mobile device on the same wifi network for this to work. So you have to be home... basically. But I use this method to play all the time and it's a nice change from staring at a computer monitor. Good Luck

I want to thank everyone for their feedback. I fully understand that this could not be enforced 100%. But having some guidelines set for something like this WOULD deter people from entering the wrong channel. I mean it IS against the rules to be posting trades in Global/Channel... But it happens all the time. A simple wag of the finger from either a CM/Mod or polite individual usually keeps that in line. For now I will stay on a less populated Channel and move around as I see fit. So far the feedback to this has been- People are gonna lie- 5 Going to need to implement a new system- 1 Privacy concerns- 2 People are gonna lie anyway... all the time... about everything. They actually MAY need to work on a new system... which might take a lot of dev time. So this to me is a good argument against this idea. Nothing is private on the internet.

You register to make an account. You put in a birthday. Yea so what some teens will lie and say they are older. This would still get me away from the wave of elementary school students that are driving me nuts. This would take a small amount of policing from the ever-present Mods/CM's . I know with every suggestion there is a bunch of people just waiting to shoot it down. Please don't. This game came out when I was 7-9. So I know there is a large chunk of people my age playing this game... and if those people want to play with a bunch of 9 year olds... Idk if I wanna play this game then anyway.

Hoping to not get burned at the stake for suggesting this. Can we have a few Channels that are age restricted? I mean, why would a 20-something want to be playing with a 10 year old. (Aside maybe from Comps/Trades) I'm just really starting to get turned off by the Channel chats. It's obviously all younger kids with raging hormones and no filter. (Yes I know I can just ignore chat) (Yes I know I can just go to a less populated Channel) Thanks for those suggestions though. I know we have a decent amount of people over the age of 20, and I would like to play a game with my peers, not young kids who are all hitting on the same kid pretending to be a girl. Love Mat
