Hello. What moveset?
For a Physical Pikachu you should have 31 IVs in Attack, Defense and Speed. (and may be HP)
For Special Pikachu you should have 31 IVs in Special Attack, Special Defense and Speed. (and may be HP)
It's my opinion like another. It can be good, or no.

If you want keep your members you must show "your power" to them.
For example, if you won some Official Tournaments they'll like you.
If you're not too good in the PvP you can learn how make some funny events.

Just for say, if you're too busy I.R.L. you should add the "Close" message in your page.
