His idea on TMs is great. His idea on the percentages of recieving them is NOT. He wants to make TMs just as rare as getting a lucky egg from Chansey, essentially.

If Darkshade puts the effort into putting percentages higher of getting stronger TMs from less common Pokemon, than it would be for more common Pokemon so be it. If he does not add the percentages of each TM and the percentage customized differently for each Pokemon and it's well calculated, than I will not support his idea. Not to mention his idea involves grinding even MORE wild Pokemon, which we already have a large amount of in Pokemmo.

At this point, since its frustrating to have to do absurd things like make alts to get TMS i'd be fine with whatever TM update comes out as long as it's NOT Tournament prizes, NOT extremely rare (more grinding), and as long as they are physical TMS (ones you can put in your bag)

I like the idea very much, since TMs are currently extremely irriating to get. The only thing is I'd rather you get the TMs as drops when you defeat the wild pokemon, not when you catch them. Also the 1-5% chance seems a bit low imo.
