1.
I don't follow your logic. If people are given 3 alt runs per day, that will discourage excessive character and account creation. How could reasoning lead you to any other conclusion? 99% of people's alt runs will be contained in this system. However, If somebody really does an average of 30 alt runs per day, meaning, they create an average of 10 accounts per day, then they will now create a mathematical average of 8.777 accounts per day. How did i provide any faulty logic? Now following your rhetorical question about making accounts deletable... Thats a completely non consequential question to this thread. Sure, maybe they should be. But that has nothing to do with this.
You got me there (but a lot a people alt run for shinies as well, not just the 1%), but you have to consider that the primary pro of this is to save space, when the fact of the matter is that already created accounts will have more characters, which will lead to a spike in user memory on their server. And deletable characters is an entirely different suggestion in itself. Maybe re-wording it to "Can be paired with a delete character/account function" would make it seem more of a good thing, as it gives a pro and another reason to add such a function. Outside of that, it's a rather solid suggestion. I personally don't alt run, but many people may find this useful. I'm pretty much neutral about this
 2. Who says it will take less space? As long as their a limit in general, people will forever make new ones to get one-time Pokemon. The other thing is that if characters are deletable, why not make accounts deletable?

 9. Note to all people downloading revision: Before using, go to Options --> Preferences --> Disable DWM + Auto-Save It works wonders. Quick as fuck. I am literally staring at my screen in awe
 10. Revision bug: - Takes literally 15x longer - Still capatability error
http://pastebin.com/uUqTsf7p
11. Seeing as the hit detection is shit on my end, I think I might have done something wrong. 12. The more I try to reads IVs, the more I realize how horrendous the hit detection is on the scanner. I mean, it takes 17 tries just to get an IV read. I go to the next Pokemon, and it's as if the horrendous hit detection re-randomizes itself. It's crazy. I'll get quicker scans using a manual IV reader at this rate.
 13.
I'm getting the incorrect data read from screen problem, I have replaced my font, restarted Pokemmo, and I have rescanned multiple times, each time it switches tabs, however nothing has changed. And I would pastebin my DebugData, but honestly I don't know how... It worked 4 times before I got this error.
Either you are sweet-spotting it wrong, or we both have an error (Same thing here)
http://pastebin.com/DiCqz7wh just in case
14. The detection on the initial scan should really be improved. I put my mouse everywhere and it's like there's only 2 pixels it will scan on correctly
 15. Turns out I installed it right, you just have to sweet-spot where you start the summary reading, it appears to be very picky about that
 16. Incorrect data read from the screen. I'm sure I'm not the only to get this, I just wanted to test it before I went hunting
