500 Speed lets you outpace scarved Garchomp, and 567 lets you outpace scarved Greninja (fastest viable scarfer in OU)

- Mega Gengar has 130 base Speed, which is godly for OU - Mega Gengar's Sp. Atk has the same power as Life Orb Gengar, minus the recoil - Mega Gengar's ability, Shadow Tag, is by far the best and most broken ability in the game. Taking away the ability to switch is 100% unskillful, unfair, and uncompetitive. This guarantees Mega Gengar at least 1 kill with any set - Mega Gengar also has access to Destiny Bond. When played right, Mega Gengar carrying Destiny Bond is guaranteed 2 kills when using Destiny Bond Sounds pretty broken to me.

Smogon and PO use the same initial tiering system. Since you seem uneducated, let me inform you: When the initial tier is created, it is based on the usage stats of OU. In this case, anything below the 4% usage cutoff was labeled UU. After the initial tier is created, it is given a month or two before they start suspecting Pokemon, there are some execptions though for things that are evidently broken like Gengarite. After that, the tiers are formed the same way they always were.
