every legendary has its own event which is pretty cool, its the same guy who made sacred gold and storm silver which are apparently better. If I were you I would probably start with those. Also, there is an advanced version of both mods with modified learnsets and some type changes (serperior is a grass/dragon type) and dream world abilities are obtainable on wild pokes

They know explosion, count yourself lucky if you are doing a nuzlocke

just open up the randomiser and then load the emerald rom you want to randomise. After that just change the settings and close the randomiser and you're done, just play it through an emulator
