The amulet coin give u an assistant of Prof. Oak in Kanto, on route 16 after having registeres at least 40 pokes in the pokedex. In Hoenn u get it from your mother, after u beat 5th gym. NPCs can be challenged after beat the league, every 6 hours, not from beginning. 

Not really, i can rematch ALL npc (not gyms) from the beggining.. i do it.. i beat green gym and the rematch npc give 6k gold and pokemons on 50-70 lvl..

Tengo una pregunta, el monedero amuleto que mencionas donde lo encuentro. Y se puede desafiar cada 6hs siempre? Desde el principio del juego?

 

Have a question, coin amulet where can i find it? .. And the rematch can make on 6hs allways?? From the beginig?
