now you can just left click chat type to switch it to next type, not back, not select, nothing. Suggestion: Left click on chat type changes it to next one Right click on chat type changes it to previous one Middle click brings an all chat type list where you just select one you need Additional: Hotkeys to switch to specific chat type defined in options: example: ctrl+1 switches chat to global ctrl+2 switches chat to team ctrl+3 switches chat to trade etc

I love watching chat, it's hilarious! But I think a few things could be done to improve it. This suggestion was covered by Nosfer4tu here: https://forums.pokemmo.eu/index.php?/topic/19100-in-game-chat-reply/ -Removed this suggestion thanks to aziz showing me. I just missed it -.- -Removed (This one's either me being a nub and missing the option completely, but if we could select to only view chat channels in english it'd be nice.) This is a little more far out there, I'm not sure, but it's something that would clean trade chat up immensely, let me explain. Generally you see in trade: WTT Shiny X or WTT Jolteon IVS: X/x/x/x/x/x/x/ etc etc.... This could be tidied up, with an option made available - to shift+click (or whatever) To link the pokemon straight into chat, coming up as [Chansey] or something like that. When clicked, this could open up the pokemon's stats (Similarly to right clicking a poke, in your party). -This would reduce the giant walls of text in trade chat, and tidy it up a bit, and it would also allow you, the person interested in whatevers being thrown up for offer, to go and work out the IV's yourself (Or a page added to the pokemons stats showing it's iv's would also be a fantastic substitute) These are just a few thoughts. I'm happy to explain if anything doesn't make sense. ^_^

Those 25 posts took me a whole year - so here's my idea: The different kinds of chat have different colours. Would it be possible to tint the speech bubbles accordingly? It doesn't have to be the exact same colour (would be difficult to read). A lighter version would be fine. Hope you like this idea ;)

Foreword: I searched the topic in Search and only found some thread about having to register on the forums to make an account. If it is, in fact, already suggested....then don't mind me. :D How it is: Cannot link forum threads in chat out of the Team Chat. How it could be: Linking a forum page in chat outside of Team would be a really nice thing. The uses for this really don't have to be mentioned, but I will for posterity's sake. Players would be able to link Team pages in recruiting posts, event posts, shops or link pages to friends they find interesting. That is all.

Okay, so I don't know if this has been suggested before. I searched but couldn't find anything similar. Okay, so have you ever felt like muting someone from whispering you but you can't /dnd because you wanna talk to a second person ? Here is the solution : I see this function in social media sites (this is from Facebook). I suggest if this feature is available, such that we could turn off chat for a/some particular person/(s), it would be convenient rather than going in Do Not Disturb mode and not being able to chat with other important people. Discuss.

option to have multiple chat windows? i was thinking it would be nice to have the option, because then a person would be able to have normal / shout / trade / global / channel enabled on the original window and only have whispers enabled on my 2nd window, or some equivalent seperation of their preference. i guess this idea shouldnt have priority in implementing but would be nice to think about

Okay, so I looked through the Forum and found nothing that could be considered similar to this suggestion. I'll try to keep it short. I searched for "Spell Check" and "Spell Checking", so I have come here. Suggestion: I would like to see some kind of spell checking implemented in the game. Reasons: It helps people who would like to not spell things incorrectly in chat can have some sort of visual queue that they have made an error BEFORE hitting enter. This will help those players not speaking in their native language communicate with others (hopefully) with greater ease This should be an option for players. Like "Spell Check: On/Off" I personally would like it to include Pokemon names so that players know if people will understand what they are looking for in chat. This would *should* mark words like: "Abras", "Tentacools" and "Rhyhorns" etc., because Pokemon names in the plural form do not have an "s" at the end. This should also probably include and Trainer Class, NPC names, like Sabrina, for example. It'll mark things like the Forum does when you have a misspelled word. Thanks for reading!

What? A reply system for the in-game chat. An easy way to directly, and publicly(not whisper), reply to someone. This would be great for public discussion between multiple people, answering questions, etc. Why? Because it would be easier for messages to be directed at who they're meant to be directed at. How? This is how it could work: - (I'm Person A in this scenario) - Step 1. Right-click someone's name and click 'reply'. Step 2. Similar to whispering, you would then type in your message to the person. Example: Step 3. Send your message and wait for them to reply. I've recently had the problem when battling other trainers that if I have to switch out due to a faint I have to use the cursor to choose my next pokémon, and with the chat bar where it is I'm unable to choose the third pokemon in my party. I can choose it if I goto pokemn from battle menu but yeah that whole faint thing makes it sometimes where I gotta leave so the victor can be on their merry way.

I'm sorry about my description of this feature but I don't see any other way to explain it. If you're typing into chat and, in battle, the turn ends, you will be directed to the battle. This can lead to much impatience any many rages because you may accidentally do something you don't want to in the battle and kill a weedle. I think it would be a nice option to be able to turn this off, and let YOU have the power to switch from chat to battle.

i scrolled through the list of suggestions and didnt see anything regarding this. how about making the chat selectable via cursor? so if my friend pastes a link into chat then i can highlight it to copy it, rather than how i have been typing it out in my own input bar then copying it from there what do you think?

Could we create a new user chat or even a advanced user chat and make it where you either cant talk in global till you have X badges or you cant get into the advanced user chat till you have X badges
