Feebas in Unova and Sinnoh?

Hello,it has been a while since I played. It is so cool that we have sinnoh added. My question is Feebas available in the new areas or only in Hoenn? If so where?

Hello there jpshadow, you can only catch Feebas in Hoenn at Route 119 or in Sinnoh at Mt.Coronet. The water spots are random, so make sure to use Super Rod (or you can see where other people are gathering and use the Super Rod at that spot).
