Battle tower (Is this ok ?)

So I was playing the Battle tower, the seven match to be more precise and I ended up defeating a muk with my infernape, at the end I died too because the lifeorb and lost the match apparently and my current streak, the reason why am I posting its because I think this is not fair, I mean I clearly knocked out muk first and then I died, sure you should lose if you kill the last Pokemon with moves such explotion or Destiny bond but I truly believe its totally different if you get killed AFTER you knocked out the last Pokemon because and object equipped.

 

So Im not here to claim the reward of PB im here  to ask first if you think this is fair, and im here too to make the petition (if its possible) to change the system in a future so people cant lose the whole streak with unfair things like these, I really think this need to be changed but maybe im wrong ,im opened to others opinions as well.
