EliasRipley
Heyo! I'm new around here and I was wondering... What is the "Over Used", "Under Used" and "Never Used" on the PVP Matchmaking screen all about? Link to comment
Seth
Hello @EliasRipley, Those are PvP tiers where OverUsed (OU) consists of the strongest Pokémon according to the PokeMMO meta, followed by UnderUsed (UU) and then NeverUsed (NU). If you check a Pokémon via the Pokédex, it will contain information about what tier that Pokémon is in. You can also sort the Pokédex according to PvP tier to see which mons are placed where. For instance, you can't use OU Pokémon in lower tiers, but you can use UU and NU in OU. So players playing the OU PvP Matchmaking can use any Pokémon placed in OU, UU and NU, while NU players can only use NU Pokémon etc. What determines a Pokémon's tier is based on usage and how well it fits the tier it is set in. A review is made monthly to see how strong/weak Pokémon are according to the tier they are in. If you are curious, you can also go to the PvP menu -> Matchmaking Signup -> Statistics, to get an idea about usage, win rate etc. I hope this answers your question. Good day!
