arix Posted November 7, 2020 Share Posted November 7, 2020 Tengo un problema en Android, no se si sea por mi internet o algo, pero la mayoría de veces que intento abrir Pokemmo se queda en "Loading" y no carga mas, deja de funcionar básicamente, ya que la pantalla se cuelga y las nubes dejan de moverse. Quisiera saber si hay alguna forma de solucionar esto ya que me lleva pasando aproximadamente hace 2 meses. Ya he intentado volver a instalar el programa, reiniciar mi celular e inclusive resetear mi celular, pero a pesar de que hay veces que esto funciona, cierro la app y vuelve a suceder lo de siempre. I have a problem in Android, I don’t know if it’s on my Internet or something, but most times I try to open Pokemmo stays in "Loading" and doesn’t load anymore, it basically stops working, as the screen hangs and the clouds stops moving. I’d like to know if there’s any way to fix this since it’s been going on for about two months. I have already tried to reinstall the program, restart and even reset my cell phone, but even though there are times that this works, I close the app and it happens again. BrokenBulb Posted November 7, 2020 Share Posted November 7, 2020 Hello! This issue usually occurs when you restart your device and run the game. To fix it, while the screen is frozen turn off your internet connection and turn it back on without closing the game. After it turns on, close and reopen the game. Good luck! Link to comment
