Tengo un bug en la guarida del equipo galaxia

La baldosa de teletransportación de la guarida no me responde y ya desinstalé e instale la aplicación además de probar muchas rooms incluso en inglés y no se que hacer.

 

The lair teleportation tile does not respond to me and I already uninstalled and installed the application in addition to testing many rooms even in English and I don't know what to do.
