Mudar e-mail da conta

Então, não consegui selecionar o tópico correto pelo smartphone... Se puderem, movam para o tópico adequado.

 

Enfim, o meu problema é que eu quero mudar o e-mail da minha conta recente, mas eu perdi acesso do e-mail que estava registrado nela depois que formatei o meu smartphone algumas horas atrás... Poderiam me ajudar resolver esse meu problema?... E não consegui encontrar a aba de suporte, enfim, essa é a minha segunda vez tentando utilizar um fórum na minha vida.
