I lost my original character

So,i logged back after 1 year and my character named Yloka is gone,i didn't deleted it and I Know it because i remember all characters i deleted and this one was my original,any way to recover it?

Hello. Are you sure that you are logging into the correct game account? If not, please try and recover credentials using these links:

If you are certain that your character is missing, please contact us at https://support.pokemmo.eu/login/ by logging in with the affected game account and create a ticket (Support Request -> Character Recovery). If this is the correct account and your character was deleted, it should be listed as a recoverable character.

That is strange, I have logged in after about 10 months or so I guess but never faced any such issue. All my data was as I left. You might try contacting the support team. Good luck !!

So I had the same issue but found a fix. To fix it you have to request a forgot username email from the pokemmo site, then try login with BOTH usernames given, I found that the second username was the one that gave access to my OC.

ye they cant fix that. i had a character with 7 mil and never got my 7 mil back. character was gone but i didnt delete it.  mods tried but no
