As far as I know pick up is not working in sinnoh, if im wrong change the route your at

Hi there and welcome!

I'm not sure if Pickup is implemented in Sinnoh, as CaptnBaklava pointed out.

 

Pickup basically works like this:

After every battle, it has a chance to trigger (I think it's 5% or 10%). When it triggers, there is a table of items for each route that it can pull from, each of which have their own chances to be the item that is picked. If Sinnoh's drop tables aren't implemented, then there's no items to pick from, so you'd get nothing!

 

I don't know if this is true btw, it could be just that you're unlucky, since Pickup isn't guaranteed to proc every time.
