problem with installation

I installed pokemmo on the PC and it stays like this in transparent, nothing comes out, can someone help me?

I placed the roms in the root folder that says "Roms" but it stayed the same, only the background music is heard but nothing is seen

Hi! Please check if your graphic drivers are updated and installed correctly. You can also try downloading the game again from https://pokemmo.eu/downloads/windows/ and executing the new installer.
