Custom region themes

So i was wondering, according to this topic its possible to change region sounds. now at first i was looking for a folder named 'Sounds' which apparently doesn't exist.

 

Now i was wondering do i have to create a mod for said sound changes or does there exist a folder named (Sound), if said folder doesn't exists which files do i need to create such mod?

ok so i tried to give it a go with no avail.

 

i made it so that the login screen music is changed not sure what i am missing.

 

Keep in mind i used the login screen as a test https://www.dropbox.com/s/n8u3gku3qhacczs/AniMon.zip?dl=0

what works for me its using audacity to convert songs into .OGG format

its free software here: https://www.audacityteam.org/download/

 

maybe you gonna need to install aswell some codecs to convert into .OGG

this codecs: https://lame.buanzo.org/ffmpeg-win-2.2.2.exe

 

try using that way the song should work

got it working 😄 downside is i cant convert the folder it is using into a .zip/.rar cause then it seems to mess up somewhere

You made the mod work? It has to be .zip or you can choose .zip then change the name to .mod

Ok try now using the "example mod" icon.png and info.xml , if that dosnt work, upload it and send me the link I will check it out

using the example mod it shows up in the mod list, but the sounds now stay default instead of being changed https://www.dropbox.com/s/p8xu10l9fqq40py/example_mod.zip?dl=0

just by looking at the file i can say what its wrong

 

the mod should look like this

 

-sounds (folder)

-icon.png

-info.xml

 

those 3 compiled into a .zip or .mod

and inside sounds its ok how you did it

 

it will be like this
