For example : Fisherman outfit and cap could give more chances to encounter water B and C. Like 10% so it won't affect too much the game, or give 10% more chances to not have a "not even a nibble" result while fishing. Bug catcher outfit and net could give 10% more chances to encounter a Bug type. The torch and the Shadow bone club could give a little area effect like Flash. The Sleigh could be used on snow.
