Pretty much aware of the fact that if I were to breed an Alpha with a non-Alpha the resulting egg wouldn't have the traits of an Alpha. The question is that, will I atleast get a chance to pass on the hidden ability using a Prismatic pearl? Really confused ;-;

you pass the HA if the baby is the same species, aka the alpha mon is female + male breeder or male alpha + normal ditto or male alpha + normal female same species. pearl is only used to transfer HA if it would be more expensive to rebreed the pokemon instead of using the pearl, might still be smarter to repurpose the mon without HA or something
