Add Castform's additional formes dex entries

No matter if you already see them or use them in battles, the "Next form" of Castform entries never update. Please, add them or remove them. Basculin both formes are recorded, so the same should happen with Castform.

Somewhat related but now that Shaymin is live, it's sky forme appears in the Pokedex.

This excess of forms should be adressed, and the offending formes should be either deleted from the pokedex display or shown. Mostly for Shaymin at this point, because people might think you can actually get Shaymin.

You can get the Rotom forms in your dex if you trade one back-and-forth. No idea about the Castform tho
