Phenomenon hunting groups?

I'm struggling to complete my pokedex, I now need only the phenomenon exclusive Pokemon. I've found a grand total of 2 spots in 3 days and none had an exclusive Pokemon. The 2nd one I noticed a group of people all grabbing it and I've herd of groups that hunt the phenomenons. I'd like to know how/where I join any of these groups, asking in global and channel chat has been a waste of time, no one even responds.

On the Pokemmo Discord there is a channel called PVE Alerts where people call out Swarms,Phenos and alphas. You can also ask around on the discord to see if there are any groups who do this
