Best moveset for lightball Pikachu?

I'm staying loyal to my childhood favorite and wanted to see what moveset would be best now that I got a decent one with a Light Ball.

I've searched a lot online but weirdly enough I couldn't really find a solid moveset for story mode (I dont really do PvP lol).

So, what is considered the best moveset for pikachu?

Special attacker (modest or timid nature):

- Thunderbolt/Discharge,

- Surf,

- Grass knot,

- Nasty plot/HP Ice

 

Mixed attacker (naive or hasty nature):

- Volt tackle,

- Surf,

- Petal Dance/Grass knot,

- Iron tail/HP Ice/Fly

 

Petal Dance and Fly are special tutor moves that are learned with battle points (BP)

Volt tackle is an egg+item move

For physical attacker:

Charge

Volt Tackle

Agility

Surf

 

Pop an agility, then a charge, and then wreak havok! Do note, I'm unsure if a Lightball would increase the recoil that Volt Tackle does. And Surf is there for Ground and rock type coverage.

 

For Special Attacker

Thunder

Rain Dance

Agility

Electroball

 

Rain Dance, of course, makes Thunder have 100 accuracy. Agility works with electroball by making you faster, hence increasing EB damage

Do Note, I'm fond of an Thunderwave/Agility/Electroball combo! Have the opponents speed, increase pikachus, then hit with the EB!
