I'm staying loyal to my childhood favorite and wanted to see what moveset would be best now that I got a decent one with a Light Ball. I've searched a lot online but weirdly enough I couldn't really find a solid moveset for story mode (I dont really do PvP lol). So, what is considered the best moveset for pikachu?
