When GUI in Mobile phone POSSIBLE ？

Hi, im a pokemmo lover, and also a GUI maker with several works. I like to play pokemmo with my own gui in my computer,but more time i have other things to do and i can simply play in my phone.  Its sad to say goodbye to my gui.

I have been told that we cant use gui in mobile phone.Althought there is a way but its not a good way. If is possible to make gui like a mod?Please tell me if there are another ways rather than root to reach my imagination.
