Red Battle Question (Riches Charm glitch?)

Just beat Red's Sinnoh team while I had a +100% riches charm was on that I purchased.

 

Red gave me 220k as the end of battle reward. This is less than half of what I got when I beat his previous team with an amulet coin (465k is my recollection).

 

Is this a bug?

The first time he gives more money as a reward, after that he gives you less money.

As stated above, only the first time you get that amount, after that you get less and this is not a bug but intentional.

I hope this clears up the confusion!
