Help Required on PVP Setup

Hi I am new to the forum.

 

I worked to get this team setup based on what I like in the PVP statistics (most used, win rate, plus my personal preference)

 

However when I tried in OU I found out that the team is generally weak in ICE so I may want to change the set up a bit.

 

I also found that my speed was most of the time slower than my opponents when my IV ane EV were done correctly?

 

Anything that could have done better from this set up in terms of moves? Or is there necessary to change one or two pokemon?
