Question about raikou ?

Hello everyone, I would like to clarify a doubt about this legendary wanderer. I have been looking for it for a long time with other players in these 7 days and I have used more than 30 legendary lures and nothing, the same thing is happening to others. thanks for reading and answering.

Few, keep searching with normal lures.  Legendary lures aren't worth at the price they are.

The question is whether raikou's appearance rate has been lowered.

It's just bad luck.  There is no official ratio yet, but it usually appears at 5-7k encounters. In my case:

 

Raikou 5.3k

Entei 7.5k

Suicune 6.9k

Entei came out after 40 minutes, the first raikou on the second day, this 7 days almost 8 and still nothing.

A couple hundred more lures and you'll have my sympathies.
