Is it possible to add the hidden ability to roaming legendaries?

Inner focus would be nice in doubles instead of Pressure for moves like fake out for pokemons like Suicune or Raikou and these abilities aren't so broken in tiers like OU.

 

Will this  be possible to be added in the future with prismatic pearl or another item?

They do, the Johto Beasts have Inner Focus as HA on all three which I feel is fine if they ever wanted to add that. But then there's Zapdos and Moltres, who's HA is Static(Lightning Rod Gen 5) and Flame Body respectively, which might be too nice, especially for Zapdos.
