I use him mainly for gyms and PvE I stupidly put Solar Beam on him, because I forgot it is 2nd turn move. What would You advice to put instead? He already has: Flamethrower Extreme Speed Dragon Pulse He is Rash nature (+ Sp.atack) with 31 in HP and Speed and also decent iv in attack and Sp.Attack. EV trained for Sp.Attack and Speed.
