as all ios players of pokeMMO know, we have to use sideloading to get the pokeMMO game to run, so sideloading should be fairly straight forward to all readers on ios, if your looking to change the font sizes/ themes of the game but dont have a jailbreak to access the game files, I found a fairly simple few step workaround,

 

things you need,

alt store

pokemmo ipa

esign ipa

 

first sideload esign on ur device and download the pokeMMO ipa file, and import it into esign, click on the ipa file inside esign and click extract, you will see a payload folder inside that is a Pokemmo.app folder, when you click the app folder esign will ask if you want to compress into an ipa or view files, 

you first want view files you can go into data / themes and inject your own texture / theme packs or change pngs files you can edit the xml files and force adjust your resolutions,

 

i play on ipad so i had to troubleshoot alot of things to make the iphone app look decent on ipad

 

if you already have pokemmo installed DONT delete or uninstall it it will just add extra steps,

 

once you have made your edits and importer your textures, while still inside esign go to the payload folder esign extracted and then once inside payload click the .app folder and have eaign repackage the folder into an ipa and load that into alt store, this is maybe a bad explanation but if you wanting to decompress and repack ipa files this is the best way todo it, i made a note with a bunch of line numbers of the fonts so you can get a bit easier understanding what each line of code will do or save you time reinstalling the app to test things, ill add a comment to post with the string info for the fonts xml files hope i help someone

 

you can not just download random themes and add them you will have to tailor the android and default theme folders to how you like them and back up the resources to repack your changes on each update

Default and Android are your folder theme names these are the fonts.xml lines that i did some trouble shooting, shows what fonts.xml to edit and some of the lines i tested, sorry if this guide or explanation is scuffed doing this solo with no experience haha

Dont want to let you down bro but, people have been banned before for tinker with the mobile app, you should first ask to a GM if this modding wont get you in any trouble

and for everyone looking forward to try this, I suggest wait first for a mod to confirm that this is actually legal

the community has been editing skins and changing the texts fonts for 10-12 years if its against the services of the app then they can remove my post, i think 75% of the posted forums are the exact same thing for the pc client, if people are dumb enough to change the asset files to exploit something thats on them, this is a rough draft to edit font sizes on mobile, on my ipad the font is so small the letters are 5-6 pixels on my screen so this will help many people and tbh needs more eyes on it, but ya messing with other files beyond the fonts wouldnt be too wise if they dont know what they doing 🙂

I agree but edit the pc server, which support theme moding,its different than the mobile that dosnt officially

but lets ask a staff member to be clear
