PVP problem again ?

Well it's becoming a problem in pvp nowadays : how is it possible to play with that much amount of problem ? 

 

 

So tjhe situation is I have the Scyther as my first pokemon, I need to switch it to put foretress, when I click in "team" to make the change (tier Random)  there is the situation : it's open with my own Scyther as a pokemon being in the team and my foretress as my main pokemon on the field + the board show me "confirm" like when we start a pvp classic battle instead of the normal interface with "change"

 

Now my other problem is thanks to that wonderfull "new" ?? problem in pvp I can't play pvp for a fantastic new hour ?? 

WHen this bullshit will stop ? Since the beginning of the year with the update for the last event everything has been demolished on this game. 

This is becomming less and less playable, time to wake up staff , or maybe just try to play your own game to see how confortable the situation is.
