Nintaeles/Vulpix Style change

So I was wondering if I could get a mod to make the vulpix look like baby kurama and maybe his shiny variant a baby kurama in chakra cloak, alongside Ninetales having a Kurama style sprite and his shiny being a Chakramode style sprite I thought this would be a very cool visual mod how would I go about finding someone to help make this a reality?

i don't know if there is one, but you could make one.

Utilities -> Dump Moddable Resources -> Battle Sprites

 

Find the ones for Vulpix and replace them with the ones you want.
