Preface

In some way, inspired by the manga : Pokemon Festival of Champions

 

My username is Sytrah, as you can see from the title. I wish to start writing a roleplay story about the adventure of a 16-year-old trainer named Siget in the Unova region.

Siget has his own story and character, which will influence his adventure. Of course, since PokeMMO doesn't allow for real choices, the development of the character, the influence of other people, and various events in the story will impact a very important thing for any trainer: his team.

 

Indeed, in a way, I will impose certain limits based on Siget's development. I will not look for the most strategic or optimized Pokemon for every situation but will rather rely on his character, truly immerse myself in the character, and make choices accordingly. This could be described as a "Semi-Nuzlocke" in a sense.

 

The story will be presented as a journal, even if it more accurately reflects the depths of Siget's thoughts and ideally, each chapter should wrap up one Gym before concluding, but this remains subject to change.

 

To make this a bit more digestible, I will also accompany everything with images taken in-game OR from the internet as needed. Of course, they will be sourced as much as possible.

 

Finally, as I write this Chapter 0, I already have the elements for Chapter 1. I do not know if I will keep this up in the long run or if it will be a one-time attempt, but I found it interesting to propose this type of content. It is primarily aimed at what seems to be a minority of players, but of course, it is open for anyone to read.

 

Oh and, I'm not a native English speaker, but I will do my best to proofread and correct as many errors as possible.

Also, i might provide a French version for my native fellow.
