Not allowed to select themes

After the update I can no longer use (or even select) my themes. Does anyone have the same issue? How can I solve this?

Its normal during events due the constant updates. Wait until event ends for change themes. Also, they made a few modifications to UI. Probably the theme needs to be updated as well

that is because themes now need to bee a Mod

Lol, how do I import my themes now then? Also, does this change make any sense at all? (sincere question)

make a folder with the icon, info.xml, and a folder called "data", inside data another folder called "themes", inside themes you put all of your theme (res folder, texture folder, .xml files, etc).
Also important, inside the info.xml you need to put the path like said in the documentation, put that inside the <resources>

And yes, it don't make any sense this change.
