If Any can buy Fashion for Poke With RP Points Like a Mankey with  Monkey D.Luffy Hat or other parts

This was rejected in the past as it is not feasible. Each item would need to be sprited four times (Front, both sides, and back) and then the process repeated for each Pokemon to ensure that the items look good on them. So what would normally be 4 different sprites for a player would become around 1500 sprites per item to make this possible.
