[FIXED]error connecting(killer networking cards)

Since my support ticket has gone almost a week no response. Every time i try to login on pc i get the error "Error connecting to authorization sever Please check firewall setting or contact support"

ive already done everything from and opened all the required ports.

Someone also had a question involving firewalls (plus other connectivity things) and seemed to have it resolved. See if it helps:

already tried disabling windows firewall made no difference

this thread can be deleted i found out what was causing it

 

for those that running into the same error as i was if you have a killer nic card, open task manager and end the task of killer networking services one should named killer networking and the is xtend ending those tasks i was able to connect right away.
