  2. It's all good. SGMs deal with countless appeals daily, and their everyday duties keep them busy most of the time. So don't worry about it, I'm sure you weren't left out. :)

  11. As long as you don't play on multiple sessions on the same device you're fine.
  12. Hello! You can only link Pokemon, items, and cosmetics. You cannot link obtained gym badges. c:
  13. Do you have any mods on? If so, try disabling them and see if anything changes. :)
  14. Asking where to get ROMs is a bannable offence. We can't help you find them as they're copyrighted.
  15. This is most likely to be happening due to outdated graphics card drivers, try updating them. :)
  16. What's the device you're using? It could be unsupported. Not all Android devices can run the game smoothly.
  17. Try repairing your client. If that won't fix the issue, try getting your Black/White ROM from another source. It is recommended to use English ROMs as translated ones may have graphical issues.

  19. You can ask an online member of the staff or a trusted friend to trade with. If a fraud happens in the future you can always file a player report here. :)
  20. Alternatively, you can delete your character in Character Selection popup and create a new one under the same username in your preferred starting region. The time needed to be able to delete a character is 48 hours after its creation date. :) You will need both Fire Red and Emerald ROMs in order to play in Hoenn. ^^
