Can a female nido give a male one?

Female nido can't learn Head Smash

I'm trying to get a male Nidoran with head smash and the pokedex shows it as an egg move. But apparently the only way to get a male Nidoran via breeding is with a Ditto So no way to get nidorans with egg moves since is the male the one that gives the moves Please give us the option to select gender with Nidoran just like every other Pokemon so giving it egg moves in the pokedex actually makes some sense
