I recently just got back playing and... kinda got lucky.
I caught it on route 25 using a ultra ball (i know, i know) and i don't really have much use for it now, so i pretend to sell it.

Being a she (25% chance for abras) and having 2 max IV points, i think this adds a little bit to the price.
As I just started, i don't really want to trade for other things except cash. So, yeah, only cash.
