well many thanks for your help! yes I am super stupid. I mean my way of thinking is: I just got HM Fly I can easily get a Pokemon to learn this, if I haven't caught one already. So why would I, or why would anyone, ever spend real money to get to a place I could bike to?!

yes I know how fly works! But as anyone whose played pay to win games in the past, I had to assume "this costs actual real money=it must give some great advantage the Play to Win players normally do not/can not get!"

So my plan is get 4 badges [cause GTL] in Hoen and Fly to Battle Frontier. BUT! As I have learned repeatedly things are never that simple in PokeMMO. So if a nice mod could clear me on the limitations of the Fly Ocarina so I know whether or not to sell it, That be great! thank you!

Edit : Not too into competitive so I don't really focus on IVs but I don’t really mind EV training.
Tip: what you want to do is catch an oddish (kanto) or a Foongus (unova) that knows sweet scent, then when you get stuck go to the highest wild encounter spot you can find and spam the sweet scent/train your pokemon until you hit the lvl cap, also you can only use sweet scent 4 times (6 if P maxed out) so make sure to buy from leppa berries (but you cant use GTL until you have 4 badges)

I got it to lvl 100, and it still wont K.O. all/any of the hordes on the first try with surf or earthquake, or discharge etc.
Do I need to EV train one to make it K.O. every time? or is it just impossible?
P.S. any other Pokemon [catch-able within Pokemmo] that could learn Sweet Scent, Surf, Fly and Earthquake or Discharge?
I bought 4 Fly Ocarinas now what?
