Hats are much more likely to be introduced due to events than pokemon. These event pokemon suggestion threads are so common, they don't really seem like much more than speculation threads at this point. This thread seems like its in the wrong place to me. Support for this kind suggestion has for the most part been people announcing their hopes that these pokemon will get into game before their region does. Would definitely support a ban on suggesting event pokemon. I don't support this suggestion because none of the listed pokemon seem like they would fix something immediately wrong with the metagame.

Aren't your badges a sort of fame checker already? If it were separate from that, I would support it.
