Got choice specs and Move tool (give's some random untradable TM) . Apparently that vanity is a little rare, i opened 7 boxes to find a Military cap.

That means "Egg" if it is on the side of the move that you want to teach to your pokemon. You can teach only if one of his parents knows the move.
