IVs will only come into play if the tie breaker needs a tiebreaker itself. It doesn't have to be the exact twin, it has to be the best/closest possible.

In the past we've asked "which 500 RP item do you want out of the Gift Shop" and you say "Top Hat in blue" but all Squirtle could do is spawn a Top Hat in gray. Since the latest update, Squirtle is able to just straight give the user 500 Donation Points therefore giving the player to do whatever they wish with those points (save it up, buy something, buy something that isn't gray colored). So, prize changing on an official tournament is not possible still, every tournament host of an official event were told from Squirtle to make all present and future events 500 Donation Points instead of 500 RP Hat.

So what owner of this game has not received a shiny?

Mirror Coat will be banned. Substitute - Bug mods are saying shouldn't be banned quite yet, so I'm not going to. Explosion - I really hate to do this, but some bug mods are saying it does cause the crash, some are saying it doesn't. I'm just going to be safe and say that Explosion is banned, but not selfdestruct.
