sIt would be good if there was a specific channel only for team members, even to make it easier to find alpha pokemons together, I saw today that several channels were full and I couldn't help the members who didn't know which specific location the Alpha was.

It would be really cool to have a separate island for the team itself. Being able to customize the island for team events and exploration would be nice to all players, I believe.

Poderia ter uma região para os times (guildas), assim como por exemplo eventos de ginasios e outros eventos seriam feitos por lá, o líder do time construiria os ginasios e campos de treinos. There could be a region for the teams (guilds), just as for example gym events and other events would be held there, the team leader would build the gym and training fields.
