Joined after watching some youtuber create a playthrough of the game. On my first day of playing, which I think was october 1 2012? I managed to piss everyone in ch1 off including gizmo by sarcastically ragging on how "pokemon was a shitty franchise". Also got a jolly 31 speed 31 attack aerodactyl in 2012 on my first character. It was worth 10 lucky eggs back then, which is like what, 10 million yen in todays currency? Traded that shit for a level 74 persian no regrets, I think amanu has that aero now, the person I traded it with wanted me to name it TheColeTrain or something weird. Spend the rest of 2012 + early 2013 in ch2, never forget.
