I made a search in the forum, i am pretty sure my character has played more than 6 hours so it shouldnt get wiped. i had some good IV/EV pokemons , i grinded a ton. its weird that it got deleted, should be qualified for a valuable account has tons of high level pkmns

I tried to create ticket to recover the character but i cant find my original character. Why is this happening? Is there anything i can do? if not can anyone explain why is a character getting deleted just because i havent login for years?
