Allright so this is the deal.
I'll say it straight up first: If you are looking for a team where everybody knows what he/she is doing you should leave. This is not a team like CB or VVVV where we only recruit players that have advanced knowledge of the game may it be in trading or battling. Squall made this team so that team members could help each other and that we would form a stronger bond doing so. Stopping recruitment goes against the idea of this team in a whole. Yeah, sometimes teamchat gets a little hectic espescially when a certain someone, I will not name (coughCylucough), starts spamming the chat. If you don't like questions being asked in team chat or find someone overly annoying, you have the mute-option. I however, dislike the idea of ignoring your own team member.
Remember that this team should be 'one of the friendliest teams in PokeMMO', as stated in the TS description.
I get why Dougii left, and I understand if some others will leave in the future aswell. I will be honest here, I will eventually leave too. I just know that there will be a time that I would like a smaller team and probably a more competitive orientated one. Don't get me wrong this team is getting more competitive aswell, but the goal of this team is not to be one of the best competitive teams in PokeMMO. This team is great and you always get a lots of support in tournaments. There just will be a time when I don't want to answer everyones questions anymore, that may be tomorrow, or over a week, or maybe three months. But for the time being we must lead this team in the same direction that it was going. That is accepting everyone and do our best to help them.

I really don't mind helping out others in our team actually it makes me feel good when i'm answering questions for the new players in our team, and i understood that when i joined this team it wasn't a purely competitive team like what you said, but it does have the current #1 player right now and he was one of the 2 reasons i joined (I wanted to learn from him and i did learn a lot, thank you Miles, also everyone else who supported me) and the other reason was Squall asked me to join after shortly after knowing him before he "quit" the game and yeah i couldn't say no, and the team i was in wasn't really working out for me at the time, I might leave this team as well soon for the same reason you made, though Sayounara will still be very dear to me and all of its members.
